Plan and deliver Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions in assigned classrooms using experiential, activity-based, and innovative teaching practices.
Observe and monitor student behavior, engagement, and learning outcomes; conduct functional assessments and adapt activities based on student needs.
Introduce creative and interactive methods, such as role-plays, games, storytelling, and digital tools, to enhance student learning and participation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student well-being and foster a positive school climate.
Facilitate inclusive, engaging, and innovative learning environments that nurture social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, outcomes, and innovative strategies implemented.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experiential teaching or facilitation experience in a progressive educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities in school environments.
Innovative, creative, and proactive, able to design and implement engaging SEL activities.
Professional attitude with adherence to organizational ethics and code of conduct.
Ability to observe, assess, and adapt learning strategies based on student needs and feedback.
