Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Communication Officer to manage both front-desk operations and digital presence for our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, promote the clinic on social media, and support overall communication initiatives to enhance our brand and client engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and front-desk operations, including greeting clients, handling calls, and scheduling appointments
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote clinic services and wellness initiatives
- Monitor social media engagement and provide insights for improvement
- Assist in website updates and other digital communication efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, events, and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications
- Support external communications such as newsletters, emails, and announcements
- Assist in reporting on social media metrics and digital campaigns
Requirements / Professional Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor for client interactions
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a wellness clinic or healthcare setting is a plus

- Experience in photography, video content creation, or graphic design
- Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, or online marketing campaigns
